Data Deletion

CreatorCount shows a brand or agency (a “workspace”) how the videos of the creators they work with are performing. This page explains how a creator can remove CreatorCount’s access and have their data deleted. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.

If you connected an Instagram account

Remove CreatorCount in Instagram. In the Instagram app, go to Profile → Menu → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active, and tap Remove next to CreatorCount. On the web: More → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → Remove. If you connected more than one Instagram account, do this for each one.

When you remove CreatorCount in your Instagram settings, Meta tells us and asks us to delete your data. We stop syncing and permanently delete that Instagram account’s data straight away: its profile details, its Reels and their snapshots. If we are only told that access was removed, we hide the data immediately and delete it within 30 days unless you reconnect the same account.

Your TikTok data, and any other Instagram account you have connected, are not affected.

Deletion requests sent through Meta. If Meta sends us a data deletion request for an Instagram account, we permanently delete that account’s Instagram data straight away (its profile details, Reels, snapshots and access token) and give Meta a confirmation code to pass on to you, with a link to this page where you can check the request’s status.

If you connected a TikTok account

In the TikTok app, go to Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions, and remove CreatorCount. All future syncing stops immediately. To have the history we already hold erased, ask us as described below.

Ask us directly

Whichever platform you connected, you can email hello@creatorcount.com, tell us the username of the account you connected, and ask us to delete your data. We will erase it within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
